Conference Overview

The 27th Annual Retirement Income Conference is being held at a time of macro-economic challenges, heightened political and regulatory focus, and generational shift. Auto-enrolment and then pension freedoms ushered in fundamental change with many opportunities for the DC pensions market. Government, regulators and industry are now focused on building upon those landmark reforms, putting the needs of pension savers first and delivering better outcomes at all stages: accumulation, decumulation and later life.

Join us on 8 November to hear the latest from an outstanding line-up of presenters, have your say during discussion and network with the key players in the market. For all those who have a deep interest in the retirement income market, this is an event not to be missed.

Nokkel: Integrating Property in Retirement Planning

Nokkel is redefining the way we perceive and handle one of our most valuable assets: our home. Nokkel offers a platform that enables users to fully comprehend their property’s current value and associated financial options. By seeing how a home fits into our bigger picture, planning for financial / wealth goals, including retirement, becomes more transparent and straightforward.

Property equity in the UK has grown substantially, outpacing the growth in the private pensions market. With a growing pension income gap, estimated at c.£50bn per annum, Nokkel believes integrating property into financial planning, alongside solutions to unlock this wealth, is essential. Collaborative market research with FNZ and the lang cat has corroborated this.

Nokkel’s innovative solution allows access to intelligently consolidated property market data with prepopulated property profiles for UK’s 28 million residential properties. In addition to integrating property wealth into a holistic view of a client’s net worth, Nokkel’s platform leverages a growing pool of data that generates value insights which support better financial decisions.

Nokkel believes that a home is more than just bricks; it plays an important role in defining our lifetime goals and forms a significant part of our financial situation. By using the latest information, coupled with a proprietary technological interface, Nokkel provides a clear picture of one’s homes’ worth and helps unlock financial solutions in support of lifetime goals.
