An essential component in the success or otherwise of any conference is who you meet and who meets you – the networking. Because of the high quality and seniority of our delegates the networking opportunities at Westminster and City events are exceptional. Delegates will always meet new contacts but we also offer a number of facilities to enhance the chances of doing so:
Exhibiting
At each event we offer a small number of exhibition places. These consist of a space usually located in the refreshment area where delegates register and go in the intervals. The exhibition stands lend themselves to displaying products, literature, research etc as well as being a focal point for networking with interested people and enhancing brand awareness.
Drinks Party Host
At most of our events we have either a short pre-lunch drinks party or one at the close of the first day of a two day event. We offer a drinks party branding opportunity which includes verbal acknowledgement of your support during the event and is often accompanied by an advertisement in the delegate pack, an opportunity to distribute literature and a banner in the drinks area.
Hosted Lunch Tables
If you want to invite specific clients or guests depending on the particular event – for example pension scheme sponsors, trustees or small IFAs who often do not have a budget for conference attendance – to join you for lunch, we can provide you with your own individual table, branded with your company name and logo.
