Conference Overview

2024 is expected to be another exceptional year for the pension risk transfer market. Following the dramatic improvement in the funding position of many pension schemes, 2023 certainly lived up to expectations – seeing a step change in demand, a new provider enter the market, landmark transactions and record-breaking bulk annuity volumes. Forecasts suggest 2024 could be busier still as the market goes from strength to strength.

This conference is the main annual occasion for the leading insurers, reinsurers, pension consultants, pension asset managers and lawyers to come together to exchange views on the latest developments and opportunities in the market and the factors that will shape it in the months and years ahead. It attracts delegates from numerous countries and is regarded by many as the must-attend conference of the year.

The pension risk transfer market is at an incredibly exciting stage, characterised by an evolving landscape, tremendous opportunities, complex challenges and innovative solutions. Join us in April – there is plenty to discuss!

Please request the programme for further details.

The 2024 programme features seventeen speakers who have not spoken at any of our previous bulk annuity conferences and seven who are making a welcome return. To have so many new speakers the twenty-first time we have held the event is testimony to the continued growth and vibrancy of the market. We are delighted to welcome senior representatives from:
