Conference Overview

The Government, regulators and pensions industry are deliberating and debating the opportunities and challenges around DC decumulation. The Pension Schemes Bill, AGBR and Targeted Support, engagement (especially AI) and product development, are in the spotlight as reform of the market continues to evolve. Different decumulation strategies and solutions will be a key differentiator between firms as the DC market adapts to the new regulatory and legislative changes.

Westminster and City’s Retirement Income Conference began developing conversations around these issues at last year’s event. A lot has happened in a year and the 29th Annual Conference aims to bring you very much up to date with the latest thinking on the legislative, regulatory and commercial aspects of DC decumulation.

Please request the programme for further details.

The 29th Annual Retirement Income Conference features a superb speaker line-up, with contributions from:

Tom Ground, CEO, Standard Life Retirement, STANDARD LIFE

What is Included

The standard delegate registration, priced £675 + VAT per person, includes a seated served lunch, refreshments on arrival and during breaks, digital copies of the available presentations and, after the event, the conference recording.

The multi-rate registration, £595 + VAT per person, covers exactly the same as the standard ticket but at a reduced rate where three or more delegates from the same company are booked at the same time (names may be advised later).

Special rates for small IFA firms, scheme sponsors and trustees – eligibility and reduced price available at the discretion of the organisers. Please email admin@westminsterandcity.co.uk to enquire.

Lunch is included with all registrations and is an important part of the day’s networking. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies/intolerances. The hotel requires prior notice of this, so we must receive all requirements by 19 November 2025. Please let us know via the ‘Additional Information’ section when registering or email admin@westminsterandcity.co.uk

What is Not Included

Travel to and from the venue and overnight accommodation (if required) is the responsibility of individual delegates and not included in the registration fee.

Following registration, a VAT invoice will be sent to you with payment details. All delegates are required to pay VAT because the event is being held in the UK. The full fee becomes payable upon registration and must be paid prior to the event. The preferred method of payment is bank to bank transfer but we also accept card payments. We reserve the right to decline registration submissions.

Written cancellations received and acknowledged by 12 November 2025 are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Registrations made and/or cancelled after 12 November are payable in full. Non-appearance is chargeable. Substitutions from the same company are acceptable, but not part day substitutions. Registrations are for a whole day and cannot be shared or split between different people. We need to know the names and contact details of all delegates attending not less than five working days prior to the event (although late registrations are possible).

The conference recording is a soundtrack of the available audio synchronised with the available slides – it is for the individual use of attendees / purchasers and not intended for wider distribution or viewing without prior written agreement.

Every effort is made to keep to the published programme but occasionally changes to the speaker line-up, timetable, venue, date or format (in-person / virtual) are unavoidable. The right to change arrangements without liability is reserved. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the conference, delegates will be offered a refund of the registration fee paid. No responsibility is accepted for interruption or consequential loss or errors or omissions.

Personal data will be stored and used in line with our Privacy Policy. Please let us know if you do not want to receive marketing information from us.
