Conference Overview

This internationally renowned conference and annual gathering point for the pension risk transfer community is regarded by many as the must-attend industry event of the year. It has sold out for the past four years running and again broke attendance records in 2025 – attracting well over 400 delegates each day.

It is the annual occasion for the leading insurers, reinsurers, pension consultants, lawyers, asset managers and trustees to come together to exchange views on the latest developments and opportunities in the PRT market and the factors that will shape it in the months and years ahead.

Join us in April for an event rich in discussion, insight, and networking opportunities.

Please request the programme for the agenda and other details.

The 2026 programme features eighteen speakers who have not spoken at any of our previous bulk annuity conferences and nine who are making a welcome return. To have so many new speakers the twenty-third time we have held the event is testimony to the continued growth and vibrancy of the market. We are delighted to welcome representatives from:

What is Not Included

Travel to and from the venue and overnight accommodation (if required) is the responsibility of individual delegates and not included in the registration fee.

Following registration, a VAT invoice will be sent to you with payment details. All delegates are required to pay VAT because the event is being held in the UK. The full fee becomes payable upon registration and must be paid prior to the event. The preferred method of payment is bank to bank transfer but we also accept card payments. We reserve the right to decline registration submissions.

Written cancellations received and acknowledged by 7 April 2026 are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Registrations made and/or cancelled after 7 April are payable in full. Non-appearance is chargeable. Full day substitutions from the same company are acceptable, but not part day substitutions. Registrations are for a whole day and cannot be shared or split between different people. We need to know the names and contact details of all delegates attending not less than five working days prior to the event (although late registrations are possible).

The conference recording is a soundtrack of the available audio synchronised with the available slides – it is for the individual use of attendees / purchasers and not intended for wider distribution or viewing without prior written agreement.

Every effort is made to keep to the published programme but occasionally changes to the speaker line-up, timetable, venue, date or format (in-person / virtual) are unavoidable. The right to change arrangements without liability is reserved. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the conference, delegates will be offered a refund of the registration fee paid. No responsibility is accepted for interruption or consequential loss or errors or omissions.

Personal data will be stored and used in line with our Privacy Policy. Please let us know if you do not want to receive marketing information from us. Please note: we may photograph, film, live stream and record our events and subsequently share any footage, recordings and images with clients and use for promotional purposes.

Westminster and City do not permit sponsorship to influence the speaker line-up or content of our conferences but we do offer a variety of ways in which companies can showcase their brand, products and services to the distinguished and influential group of delegates who attend this event.

You can reach delegates who come from many parts of the world including, in recent years, the UK and Channel Islands, USA, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Holland, France, Switzerland, Bermuda, Barbados, Cayman Islands, South Africa, Australia and Hong Kong. Everybody attending has a deep interest in pension buy-ins and buyouts, longevity swaps and reinsurance and many regard this as the key event in the calendar – it is an opportunity not to be missed!

The promotional opportunities we offer include:

Drinks Reception Sponsorship
Exhibition Spaces
Company Profile on Conference Web Page
Literature Distribution
