Conference Overview

DB transfer enquiries surged after pension freedom enhanced the attractiveness of DC and demand has been further fuelled by the historically high transfer values seen over the past year. Transfers divide opinion and increased activity is not universally welcomed but it is a trend that is likely to continue. The pace of growth going forward, steady or step change, will depend upon how certain factors play out.

This conference will explore how member awareness, market capacity, processes, products and safeguards can be improved so that all those who are eligible to transfer have the opportunity to do so within a market that works well for members, schemes and industry alike.

Speakers have been selected to provide a balance of perspectives on the latest trends and developments and detailed insight on the different components of the market. Bringing stakeholders together, taking the market forward.

The speaker line-up comprises a diverse range of stakeholders, with senior representatives from:

THE PENSIONS REGULATOR
STANDARD LIFE
WILLIS TOWERS WATSON
BESTRUSTEES

THE PENSIONS OMBUDSMAN
TIDEWAY WEALTH
